Do all carriers use the same DIM factor?

Accepted Answer

No. UPS and FedEx use 5000 cm³/kg for both domestic and international parcels. DHL uses 5000 for express and 4000 for some economy services. USPS uses 5945 cm³/kg (166 in³/lb). Always verify the current factor with your carrier, as policies change periodically.
